360 Feedback Questionnaires


VQ 360 feedback programmes can be run for individuals or teams of any size. The process can be facilitated by internal personnel or by an experienced facilitator from our team of associates.

The 360 Feedback questionnaire is the first stage of the feedback programme. The programme is designed to increase the self-awareness of the individual (Participant) seeking feedback, and help them identify appropriate development actions.


VQ 360 Feedback Questionnaires are designed to gather views from Participants colleagues' (Respondents) to assess the perceived level of competence the individual displays.

The questionnaire is broken down into logical sections each addressing a required competency. Competencies may be generic to the organisation or relating to required skills, abilities and behaviours relevant within the department or function. Each section contains concise questions relating to that specific competency.

The Respondents rate on a fixed scale the level of competence they feel the Participant displays. Each competency section also includes a comments box for Respondents to add relevant remarks.

Participants are also required to complete the questionnaire to allow a comparison to be made with their own perceived rating.

Completed questionnaires are analysed and the results fed back to the participant by an appropriate internal person or an experienced facilitator. The feedback will be accompanied by the opportunity for the participant to complete other questionnaires that focus on personality type preferences. The feedback and accompanying discussion will focus on agreeing a personal development plan.
